could be teh lazy speed controller like the guy said before. or a vaccum leak. but also look at teh throttle position sensor or map sensor. my 9000 had a bad kindling pump and did the same thing....

its very likely in shift lock. there is a little tab by the shifter you need to pry up and insert your key to unlock it.
